3D BIM Modelling Services

The difference between a 3D-model and a 3D BIM-model is that a 3D-model is a model that only contains geometry. This means that it only contains shapes and dimensions. BIM stands for Building Information Modelling. This already indicates what to expect from a 3D BIM-model. In this model, we model all information that is required to actually realize and exploit the building. This is often an integral model that contains all information in terms of architecture, installations and constructions. But basically it does not matter if you call it a 3D-model or 3D BIM-model, it matters that the model contains all right information and that the BIM ambitions and expectations are determined beforehand and that these are achieved with delivery.
